					<description><![CDATA[In looking at the requirements in the state of Oklahoma for the registry, it states that anyone moving into the state has to start all over again. Does this not seem like double jeopardy? I have been on the registry for close to 8 years at a level one in a different state, and if I move into the state of Oklahoma it would now be a 22 year sentence. Do I have this correct?]]></description>
