This would not have any effect. I lost both testicles to an injury (torsion) and although my sex drive is decreased I am still able to obtain an erection and have sex and still find my wife attractive and still get aroused. So this is pretty much just another form of punishment that provides no solution. When will they pass legislation that prevents uncle bill who hasn’t been caught from raping someone? Who protects the children from the people who haven’t been caught yet?

In reply to Dee. Sex offender legislation that serves no purpose like residency restrictions lead to homelessness. And you can't go to a shelter. The result, extermination. Much like aushwitz and the third reich.
