I agree. and most murderers don&#039;t murder again after they are caught. So they also should not have to have their lives ruined because they made a couple of terrible decisions. Most killings are not done by psychopath killers. Most killers are people who let their emotions cloud their judgement just long enough to make a horrible mistake. Everybody deserves a second chance.]]></description>
