In reply to Ty. Ty, what do you mean by "rape." For obvious anatomical reasons, women can't commit rape in the pure and literal sense of the word. Exactly what were you convicted of that was so heinous that it mandates a life-sentence of parole and electronic monitoring with an ankle-tether/"bracelet"?

This is our world. I spent 5 years in SOTP listening to all the B.S. because that is how they make money. It’s a crooked system. I’m sorry to anyone who believes in the “treatment” they offer – but, most of it is plain common sense. If you did it, don’t do it again. Yes, you hurt people by doing it. Yes, you hurt yourself. If you understand those things, then no further treatment is needed. But, like the registry, it’s a money making scheme. A lot of kickbacks fly around where registrants are involved. They know the public is ignorant about it and hate registrants as much as they hate those boogeymen, the terrorists (which are supposedly around every corner like registrants). I couldn’t imagine being on parole for life. 5 years was bad enough. So, I’m sorry that you’re being treated that way. There should be SOME limit to the years you can be on parole. They should NEVER be able to hand down a life sentence for parole unless you flat out murdered someone in cold blood.

Michael and Maestro,
I’m a female, charged with rape. But so many call me a pedophile. Once fallen, Derek Logue is one of the only people I can reach in helping me with the stuff they are doing. Like, right now they have me in sex offender treatment for the third time. And I have NEVER been close to any type of wrong doing. But they see me as being noncompliant just because I won’t sit back and put up with what they do. And as long as I do that, they will continue putting me in SOTP because I’m on parole for life. It’s not enough that they have an ankle monitor on me, I can’t look like a woman, I have a very limited wardrobe. Which maybe the guys don’t really care about that. It’s not a big thing. But so much of what they do irritated me, and I feel like I’m alone on that.

March 27th,Today at the U.S. Supreme Court: Today the court granted certiorari in two cases, but John Does #1-5 vs Snyder was not one of them. However, please read below.

The Acting Solicitor General is invited to file a brief in
this case expressing the views of the United States.

Not really sure what this means.

I agree with you, it seems that whoever these people are that have started this have played a masterful Jedi mind trick on the people and to paraphrase what you said "sooner or later vast majority are going to wake up and realize that they've been lied to but it will be too late to stop the bad laws from getting passed unless we have the will to strike back and to hold these individuals accountable for what they've done".

Today, in a private session, the U.S. Supreme Court will be discussing an important case concerning the sex offense registry. News may come as soon as Monday, March 27th. The State of Michigan has asked the court to review a ground-breaking ruling by a lower federal court, the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. The Supreme Court is set to discuss the request for review today; review is granted in very few cases. If they turn down the request – the 6th Circuit ruling remains intact and directly impacts the states in the 6th Circuit (Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee). If they grant review – anything can happen. If accepted for review, the case would not be heard until the Fall. You are exactly right. And the public took the word “pedophile” and ran with it, joyfully.
The majority of my fellow Americans are just plain stoooopiiiiittt. So much so that spelling that way pretty much describes their stupidity.
Also, most people throw the word “pedophile” around in the comments section on News articles just so they can give themselves a pat on the back and look cool to other readers. It’s a word that helps them be insulting towards someone when they can’t think of much else to say because their vocabulary is limited.

A pedophile is a man, heterosexual or homosexual, with a sexual fixation on and obsession with prepubertal children, girls or boys. It’s debatable if a woman can even be a “pedophile” under the APA definition. Demonizing adults as “pedophiles” for having sex with underage pubescent teenagers began with what the mass-media falsely and sensationally labelled the “priestly pedophile crisis.” The height of absurdity is to define adult women as “rapists” and “pedophiles” for allowing biological men under age 16 or even 18 to penetrate them in factually consensual relationships.

This “pedophile panic” phenomenon is just like the panic of terrorist attack from the aftermath of 9/11, with the media presenting worst case scenario that we are in grave danger, so the people will be fearful, and gullible enough to support tough legislation and take action thinking our country will be safe.

Never indulge in accusers’ ad hoc fallacies, it just gives them some kind of merit. These people are the lowest common denominator, and have almost no opinions of their own, they easily eat up everything the Establishment Media feeds them.
