To those who don’t wear tights, capes, headbands, wrist bands, masks, fly, swim & breathe under water, swing a sword on horseback, etc, but man a typewriter, telephone, or computer while harnessing brain power and your voice, we salute you and thank you as you with the hard effort you put forth to try to get those who need to understand and don’t understand. It could be here on this website, the other ones that are similar, or just writers who truly understand the messed up nature of our country in this area.

Hitting the human in the pocketbook is the second hardest place to hit them as seen in Maslow’s hierarchy of needs where Safety (economic safety is one area) is the second most needed need to be met (after air, water and food which is first). Once someone has been hit enough there, they may understand hopefully the realization. That is the goal at least.

Being willing to stand up against these cruel and over abused sex offender laws reminds me of what Mark Twain said about patriotism. I do quote…..”In the beginning of a change a patriot is a scarce man, and brave and hated and scorned. When his cause succeeds, the timid join him, for then it cost nothing to be a patriot.”

Thanks to everyone who writes on this topic. It’s time to dispel the myths about sex crimes and show the laws to be what they are: just one more way to strip away citizen’s rights and make money. And none of these laws protect anyone. In fact, WAY more children are harmed because they are either put on a registry themselves or are affected by their parents registration.
