I do not recall any mention of SO who are on the registry who are not pedifiles/predators. Florida has gone way over the line with their SO laws.

4 years ago I went to Florida with my wife to visit relatives. I knew I had to register, my offense was in Michigan. I did not do my homework. I discovered after I registered that I was on for life. WTF,

That guy RB was driven more by hate then a sense of justice to pass all those draconian laws agast SOs. The uses the term Sexual Preditors a lot, does he mean to include all who commit sex crimes as sexual predators? I read a book by Malcolm Gladwell, can’t remember the name, where he talks about draconian laws and how they do more harm than good and do not really stop the types of crimes that they were made to stop. The funny thing is that Lobbyist who helped to pass all those laws even admitted to an interviewer that those laws that he helped to pass would not of helped his daughter. So what does that tell you?

I don’t think Walsh knew at first. Walsh himself stated in his own book the local police, the same ones he ended up suing and bashing, were the ones who inspired him to pursue this. But Walsh was a businessman, and even though he wasn’t a great hotel businessman, he found his niche peddling fear.

No Lobbyist is untouchable. Just like John Walsh. I wonder if he actually knew how much he would have made from his sons murder or if it was just a gamble. There should be an investigation on him and his profits from a crime.

I think the film strays away from labeling every single person on the registry as a predator when an event that constitutes a crime in one situation only rises to the level of criminality for the sake of criminal charges. In other words, there has to be context for why people do what they do, and whether or not they are pursuant predators by their actions, or does the label that’s put on them make them predators? Seems like Ron Book sure does love to label everyone as a predator. I promise you this though, the day will come when he’ll look back over his life and see all the pain and misery he’s caused everyone. Karma is a pain, and I shudder to think of the karmic debt his hatred will require in repayment in his next life.
