Let’s call this what it still is: ‘Good Ole Boy Jim Crow 2.0 ‘Ism’! There isn’t going to be any ‘Equality’ in New Jersey or anywhere else, as long as The so-called ‘Justice System’ continues with the crooked means of using any and every way it can, to fund ‘Segregation by Crime Committed’. All other Crimes get a chance to be forgiven, but not Sex Crimes. So this means that Murderers can be released and forgiven…but not Us? What a load of Crap!

At each and every turn every reform made will be to the detriment of those unfortunate enough to be caught up in a sex crime. No matter what, everything will be done to dispose of anyone with a sex crime. What can be done to stop the constant twisting of laws? I like the mention of how everything listed is automatically categorized as violent, even when no violence took place, that way even more restrictions can be imposed. It’s all completely done to destroy anyone the powers to be see fit. And that is unlimited in its scope. This is the true definition of perverted justice.

Upon the verdict in the Geslaine Maxwell trial, I read through all the articles. Everything listed Epstien as a paedophile, and all the comments ran wild about the precious children. So, while a 15 yr old boy takes his gun to school and shoots the place up, not only is he charged as an adult, but the parents are arrested as well for contributing to the disaster? So, where are all the parents of the hundreds of teenage girls that Maxwell supposedly groomed? Why aren’t they held accountable for the safety of their teenagers? I’m sure they were paid off rather well. We aren’t talking about 4 and 5 yr old children, but teenagers. Teenagers who most likely had done just as much sexual exploration with their older boyfriends in the parking lot at school. But that’s ok.

Why isn’t there more outrage? Why do people get by with calling Epstien a paedophile? He was NOT! But that doesn’t stop the rage people feel once they get up on their soapboxes of nobility. It all makes me sick.

Can we discuss criminal justice reform without pointing to the lack of fair trials? The lack of fair trial most certainly has impacted the poor, and those reported here as over incarcerated more than those with the financial wherewithal to fully contest state’s accusations. The real problems lay in the lack of evidence necessary to get convictions. If Exoneration tells us anything, it is fair trials are not always achievable, because of the lack of standard. Those standards are set by judicial committees, who in most states determine what qualifies as “usable” and probative to the question of guilt in trial. However, 95% or more of criminal charges are settled by an informal processes outside of the demands of trial. So 95% of those complaints about unfairness ARE expected outcomes because of the power vested in the standardized waiver of rights, whereby defendants also swear off fairness in process. Funny how those who signed away their civil rights by their own choice then have the audacity to complain about inequalities to federal court, that infact was much about their own volition. Equality should be for everyone who didn’t give it away by their own choice.
