Besides all the other adults that are at the concert, plus this thing of juveniles getting arrested for 2 teens having sex what about every adult that’s alive that had sex as teenagers and the retro active laws. Then they need to turn themselves in to the police dept to be arrested for having sex, let’s see what happens then?
