Hi! I was wondering about something: if a murderer can hire a lawyer to get him off…why can’t we all put our money into a fund that would be used to hire a really good team of lawyers to bring charges against the registry? Specifically, because it is open to public view? Being that the public can look up so’s in their neighborhood, which endangers the lives of so’ and their families! Is it impossible to bring a lawsuit against the registry and change it?? It robs thousands of U.S. citizens of their freedom, places them in danger and tears down their ability to live in peace!! Just wondering. I would gladly donate to a fund for a legal team to bring a lawsuit for change!!

Thank you in all sincerity for serving your country.

My dad was in the USAF. He told us about the betrayl he felt when 3-6 months in they had him up for reclassification due to his superiors neglecting their duty and basically setting him up to fail. He told us how he had to button down and get with it to show these cowards that he wasn’t going down without a fight.

I miss my dad. I was tough on him, I regret that a lot now. He used to tell me that he’s going to miss our fights when he’s gone 🙂 But seeing now the world where this entire scheme is going on and this terrible reality that they’ve built…well I lose hope just as you do too. So I’m in. I’m fighting for you guys and my dad will see that.

This isn’t just about being a “good” person anymore. The two-faced politicians and the crooked cops did this to us ALL. They did it to secure THEIR comfort on the backs of the oppressed. And they don’t fear your retribution since the entire scheme is built to cripple people so that they can’t stand up and get a fair chance.

It is sick and it hurts. So I’m fighting for what’s right. It’s caused my family a lot of grief though, and it even cost my dad his life. I’ve got scores to settle and they’ve brought hell upon me in creative ways, I’ll give them that.

But the whole point of the founding of this country was that the People were ALWAYS meant to win against the State. No matter what, they can’t beat you down. But this whole pc 290 deal became the breaching point for their sadistic manipulation and circumvention of constitutional rights. They use and abuse democracy, the rule of law, and legislative power. All they care for is their need to find a way to get you on the hook and from there they unleash tyranny. And it doesn’t stop. So if that’s the deal then you really have no other options.

There’s no peace for me when we’re not all free.

I have been voicing these same sentiments for the last ten years. I take most every opportunity to share with people that I am around that once they get to know me that I am a registrant.
Once I explain what it’s about, they are aghast and in most cases reply that it is ridiculous.
I am confined to a wheelchair, due to the excellent care I received while incarcerated, and am dependent on various forms of public transportation for disabled. Today I had to go and make my presence known as I do every ninty days. The driver asked why I went to the county court house so often. I started my response by telling her, “Because I am such a terribly bad and dangerous person.” She laughed and said that I was being funny and to really tell her what this was all about. So I did. It opened the door to a discussion that once finished educated another person to the injustices of the injustice system that we are subject too in this third world nation.
She said that because of our conversation, she would have to look at Sex Offenders in a different light and evaluate them on an individual basis as to who they are and not just what they were convicted of.
I have also run into more and more people who have Sex Offenders in their families or know them from other relationships and find the whole thing draconian and untenable.
We’re the crime de jure. I can vividly remember when Pot Heads were “Terrible People “and deserved to be imprisoned. The law created crime where there was none. Now it’s legal in the majority of states but the Federal Government won’t turn loose of it because it helps fill the prison beds. They also need to find ways of creating more felons to help in the disarming of the populace. What better way to control the population than through fear and propaganda campaigns and making the children the target, thus playing on the basic instincts of parents to protect them?
Fear is the easiest way to control the ignorant masses. And that’s what these statutes do. Cause fear.
To succeed, we need to educate the masses to the fact that they are drinking the Kool-aid and they will be the next target.
I hope that they publish this and it encourages you to step up and be who you are and not just your crime.
Be that good person that you truly are. Win the loyalty of friends and those you come in contact with by being the best person you can be. Make the next right choice.
I am a monumental pessimist and I don’t like this life. I spent five years in Vietnam, from 1970 to 1975. My father and grandfather were in Europe and the Pacific fighting so we wouldn’t be having to live under the government and laws that now dictate our lives. What did we do this for if the citizens allow to happen exactly what we fought against?
I encourage all of you to gird up your loins and take our issues to the public and educate them to the truth.

I believe the sex offender registry was created to be the biggest and final grasp of removing human rights, for the illusion of safety. A rights grab that would be overwhelming accepted by the public. Now look at the human rights that they have taken in the illusion of safety since the start of the sex offender registry. There is no stopping of this for anyone. The government will need full control of the people to maintain its existence. It is afraid of the people now and will need to contain the population to insure there will be minimal resistance to their laws. The government is doing this again by fear and the illusion of safety from the “Pandemic” that they “saved ” us from and the Dangerous people lurking in every corner to hurt you. Its all about removing everyone’s rights, except for the elite. To fight this is like farting at a tornado to change its direction.
