Well I haven’t filed it yet. I’m in the 7th & I have filed an FTR appeal in the state courts as per the appointed appellate attorney. The moral of the story? If the newest 6th circuit appeal gets traction, exposing individual state agents culpable of unlawful promulgations ( caprice by definition), my heart may change on that. The recent exoneration case in OH added some motivation.
