Some Americans have filed suit confronting the US AG insisting Bytedance Inc. A CCP holding in China divest itself from its North American enterprise portion ( the infrastructure) of the social media site. Apparently the very same self servants who invented the database enterprise SOR in the first case have now been forced to acknowledge the real threat inherent at its foundational application(s).  A Foundational limit that could have been explicitly checked in Smith V Doe minority opinion. That is the threat to liberty expressed therein.]]></description>
