In reply to Sasha. Well another Halloween passed in my area. Shots fired, cars driving up the wrong way om one way streets, drug sales, dwi arrest and traffic enforcement, some robberies, tampered canday. No RSOs running around grabbing kids.

Deadliest Day For Kids Nears: New York Trying To Save Lives

This title was posted and then one of the local papers where in my area. And guess what, nothing mentioned about people forced to register.
They talked about drunk driving, speeding, and other things. They make more arrest during those times according to the article. However, these people don’t have to register or get off the road doing halloween.
