I saw today that PA has finally made it so registered citizens can check in via phone after their initial face to face registration for the year! Go PA….. come on other states!

Great news for sure. I’m still wondering if I’ll be yet alive and able to travel the US without being harassed by Law enforcement in every other state I travel too. (1993 Case, touching only, prosecutor pushed for intent and got it ) I”m still afraid that I’ll be Dead and long gone before I see any real freedom.

This is great news, praise God!!!!!!!!
It is good to know that there are still people in the Courts that uphold the Constitution as it is written.
I don’t believe there has ever been a point in history where our Constitution has suffered so much attack, especially for people on the registry.
Many lawmakers are trying very hard to make us ‘second class’ citizens by openly declaring we have lost certain inalienable rights.
If someone of authority proclaims something long enough and repetitive enough people begin to believe it regardless that it is unConstitutional and the Courts are the institution of the government to uphold the Constitution as it is written.

The response and indifference is actualy similar to school shootings except we don’t get “thoughts and prayers” from lawmakers. When someone forced to register is targeted, it hardly makes the news, even then it’s buried. When a sshool shooting happens, Outrage and shock is at a high point for seceral days unitl the story slowly fades from the news cycles and people have the memory of a goldfish. Society shouldn’t get to pick and choose what outrages them the most. Human life is human life.

Law enforcement is responsible for maintaining the registry any financial increase should be the responsibility of the government to cover the additional cost due to they are the ones who created the law.

Unfortunately I was targeted recently by a scammer. They called my workplace.. incredibly embarrassing. Thankfully they person they got a hold of was savvy and picked up on red flags. It just sucks to know that no where is safe, not everyone knows about my status at work, but things like this could cause some talk… Thankfully it seemingly didn’t progress further. Not sure if more attempts have been made.
