When using Connections, members agree they will not:
- harass or cyber bully, or belittle someone based on but not limited to an individual’s race, beliefs, ethnic heritage, education level, economic status, gender, sexual orientation, or legal history;
- restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying Connections;
- gather information about others without their permission, including but not limited to email addresses, location, or personal facts;
- defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others;
- post, upload, or distribute any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information, or encourage or promote the same;
- upload files or post links to pages that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another’s computer;
- conduct or forward external surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters;
- download any file posted by another user that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner;
- violate any applicable laws or regulations.
If any member violates the above rules of conduct, moderators will send private warnings, or temporarily or permanently freeze the member’s account depending on the severity of the violation or repetition of the offense.
